A recent rumor was posted from bleedingcool.com about the future of the X-books. Someone who claims to have a respectable comic source says they have certain details on the future of the X-men going into 2012. Out of the ashes of Fear Itself, the mutants that have been united since M-Day will start splitting up. It'll end up so there will be two teams of X-men. One will be led by Cyclops, whose team will be more Xavier-minded. The other will be led by Wolverine, whose team will be more Magneto-minded. You can read the article yourself at the following link.

Wolverine’s X-Men And Cyclops’ X-Men For 2012? (http://www.bleedingcool.com/2011/02/09/wolverines-x-men-and-cyclops-x-men-for-2012/)

Now this is just a rumor and it's not clear how true it is, but bleedingcool does have a solid history in reporting stuff like this. If this is the direction of the X-books, I'm all for it! Now that the X-men have won the battle against extinction, the floodgates are open. Cyclops looks like he's going to have a crisis of self during Fear Itself, adding to a new divide within the mutant community. We all knew something like this was coming. Mutants couldn't stay united under Cyclops forever. Who better to oppose him than the guy who goes behind his back constantly and tries to steal his wife? I look forward to seeing what comes of this. It could make 2012 a very interesting year.

Text books do suck. Im gonna have to buy a shitload right away and Im not happy about it. Out of all of the books I had to get for school last year, I think ONE of them is gonna be really useful in the future.
